Don't thing they will change this year, even if they fall now they will pick up later in the year, but the problem is if people think they'll fall they will! Sentiment and confidence is really important, isn't it time we started talking about some good news not bad news? People still need somewhere to live, they arent that many places on the market, and people will pay for the right place!
