tax free lump sum

Any suggestions what to do with £15K tax free lump sum?

I've already maxed out my ISAs, got savings and fixed term bonds, NS & I certiificates and Bonds with both NU and Prudential.

I'm reluctant to invest any more in equity based funds at this time of volatility, but savings are taxed. ( I'm now a basic rate tax payer ) Do I go for more NS & I index linked certificates?

May I suggest buying Dollar about now. They are bound to go up in value because gold and oil is costed in Dollar and the world is feeling the pinch so something will have to be done to boost it up.

It's just a suggestion.
