The Moneywise Customer Service Awards is your chance to tell us which financial services providers offer outstanding customer service and great value for money - and those that don't.

We all value customer service, but it’s especially important in the world of financial services. Good customer service breeds trust - and we’re more likely to trust the firms that treat us right.

This year almost 50,000 people gave their feedback on the biggest banks, insurance firms, and peer-to-peer lenders.

We have nominees across 29 categories, with the winners being announced at the glittering Moneywise Customer Service Awards ceremony in June. We will also publish the winners in the magazine and here at Moneywise.co.uk.
